Based in Seattle, WA, Shannon is your face-to-face contact for all TA services in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Shannon joined TA after sixteen years in the insurance industry, most recently as the Vice President of Sales for Servicemaster Fire and Water Restoration By the Best. Before working at Servicemaster, Shannon was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at CRDN Textile & Electronics Restoration of Seattle and Western Washington.

Shannon grew up in Kauai, HI, and moved from Kauai to Seattle after her daughter, Savanna was born. In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, taking her three labs, Lola, Kona, and Charlie, to the dog park, and traveling (especially home to Hawaii) as often as possible.
