Paul was working for RE/MAX Atlanta as a Transaction Coordinator when he learned of the opportunity at Temporary Accommodations to join our IT department. Paul earned his associate’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Herzing University in Atlanta, GA. Each new employee at TA is onboarded with in-depth computer data security best practices. Paul also trains departments on how to use internal company databases to match families with available properties quicker and more efficiently than other housing vendors. Protecting our client’s information is something we take very seriously at TA. Our firewalls are monitored 24/7 for potential security breaches. Temporary Accommodations ClaimTrak software allows adjusters to streamline claim handling from start to end. Paul has been instrumental in designing and maintaining innovation within ClaimTrak. After working at Temporary Accommodations for several years Paul was promoted to IT Manager. His expertise in data safety and security has led to major improvements in our software and internal company database protection. Paul continuously focuses on how he can make our service easier and more user-friendly for both clients and employees. He is responsible for much of the technology that makes our claim handling so efficient. Even after-hours Paul is on call to answer questions and address immediate technology issues.
