Adjuster Calls TA With Referral, Claim Initiated

  • Adjusters have three ways to submit a claim: over the phone, via email, or online.
  • Our team assigns a single point of contact with a 360° view throughout the process, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

TA Contacts Policyholder

  • A TA Caretaker contacts the policyholder within 30 minutes of receiving the claim.
  • TA determines what accommodations best fit the needs of the policyholder and their family.

TA Coordinates Hotel and/or Long-Term Placement (LTP)

  • If a hotel is needed booking confirmations are available 15 minutes after we make policyholder contact. 
  • Long-Term Placements options for stays 30 days or longer are available for adjuster approval within 24-48 hours.
  • Options are Like, Kind, and Quality, within ALE budgets, and based on policyholder’s common travel patterns.

Policyholder Move-In

  • TA ensures every property is furnished and has been viewed by the policyholder before move-in. 
  • Payments and security deposits are mailed overnight to landlords nationwide. 
  • Our Caretakers follow-up within 24 hours of move-in to ensure the process goes smoothly.

Policyholder Move-Out

  • TA tracks and monitors ALE spend vs budget and reports to adjuster. 
  • Our Caretakers handle any lease extensions and/or vacate notices.
