“Once we realized and were informed by my Pulmonary Doctor at Temple Hospital in Philadelphia, we had a response from “Ricardo” that he would reach out to The Residence Inn at Marriot for us. We had no idea of that time frame that would be needed, but always found whoever was placing the call to us, were very understanding, respective, and concerned for my health issues! The calls always seemed to come when we were facing a hard decision or questioning our decisions. The personnel I found to be genuine in their talking to me. I tend to be a little too chatty when I get upset and I believe I on more than one occasion when on a little too long with someone, but I wasn’t cut short or cut off! If I thought our first contact with your business was a total “gentleman”; today’s caller, Daniel filled those shoes to a tee!! Having had a flooding issue on our wooden floors in the hallways, kitchen, foyer, and into the living room causing the rug to get damp was not something we had to make a move sooner than later. I would feel comfortable if anything “out-of-the-ordinary” should happen to us in the future, I would most definitely reach out to your company for assistance. It was a pleasure to work with all of the women and men who I had the honor to speak to. If anything, keep up the positive and courteous vibes you transmit over the telephone.”

“Cannot say enough about this wonderful organization. My wife and I (along with our two cats) were displaced due to water damage in our home. We actually came home from a vacation to find that a pipe had burst while we were gone. TA touch care of our hotel stay and then got us situated in long term housing. They also facilitated the furnishings and thought of everything we would need. We literally walked into to our temporary home and felt at home immediately. Our cats finally settled in after all the disruption, and we could get back to living normally until our house is ready for us to move back in. Big shout out to Tate! She went above and beyond and kept us posted at every step of the way! Great people!”
